Support Our Troops

Captain Rob supports all the troops in Iraq, Afghanistan and across the globe, providing security, defending freedom, and liberating people from tyrannical, brutal, and dictatorial regimes. Captain Rob is very proud of his Nephew, 1st Lieutenant Matthew McDonald, who returned in December 05 from his year long duty in Iraq. He spent his time there just north of Baghdad as a platoon commander carrying out raids looking (and finding) the bad guys! He also worked with local leaders and coordinated building better communications and relationships with the Iraqi people. For his efforts and accomplishments he was decorated with the Bronze Star.

Matthew begins his civilian life in Chicago overlooking the Lakefront and developing his career in communications. He remains a part of the Army National Guard and continues to train in uniform. Whatever your opinion of conflict across the globe, supporting our young men and women, wherever they are, is imperatively American! Our entire family is very thankful for his safe return.
